In the enrollment process, you will set your desired per-loan investment amount, provide bank account information for withdrawals and distributions, and sign our investor agreement. After enrollment and verification of your accreditation, there is no action required by you — we take care of all of the details.
At the time of the listing of new loans to our marketplace, we will notify you via email of the new offering with a confirmation of your commitment. On the first business day after the close date of each marketplace loan offering, we will initiate an ACH debit from your designated account for your per-loan investment amount. Upon receiving payment from borrowers each month, we will then distribute pro-rata principal and interest payments to this same account via ACH. That’s all there is to it!
