In the enrollment process, you will set your desired per-loan investment amount, provide bank account information for withdrawals and distributions, and sign our investor agreement. After enrollment and verification of your accreditation, there is no action required by you — we take care of all of the details.

At the time of the listing of new loans to our marketplace, we will notify you via email of the new offering with a confirmation of your commitment. On the first business day after the close date of each marketplace loan offering, we will initiate an ACH debit from your designated account for your per-loan investment amount. Upon receiving payment from borrowers each month, we will then distribute pro-rata principal and interest payments to this same account via ACH. That’s all there is to it!

Yes, enrolling in Automated Investing requires a minimum commitment of $10,000. For example, a minimum commitment of $10,000 with a per-loan minimum investment of $1,000 would result in a portfolio diversified across ten loans.

Automated Investing allows you to opt out of any loan offering during the time it is open on our marketplace (typically 2 weeks). To opt out, simply log into your ApplePie account and visit your investor dashboard, where you select the opt out button next to the investment.

Yes, you can change your pre-set investment amount for all Automated Investing investments at any time. You can also choose to change the investment amount for a single offering at any time while the offering is open on our marketplace.

Participants in Automated Investing receive priority over other marketplace investors in cases where a loan offering is oversubscribed. In cases where commitments from Automatic Investing investors exceeds the available offering amount, priority will be given to larger investment commitments first to ensure best fit.

No, ApplePie employs a pass-through model and does not require you to pre-fund an account with us. Instead, we will withdraw funds via ACH as offerings are settled.

There is no additional cost to participate in Automated Investing. Please note that our standard investor servicing fee applies to all investments.

Yes, there is no obligation to fulfill the entire commitment amount you specify during enrollment. You may pause the program at any time on the Automated Investing page or cancel the program entirely by contacting [email protected].
